We are committed to processing and shipping your order promptly. Once your order is placed, it will be carefully packed and dispatched *typically* within 1-2 business days. We currently ship within the United States only and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes - please provide a valid street address. All orders are sent via ground shipping, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Return Policy
At The Novel Protein Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a quality issue with a product or packaging purchased directly from TNPC, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Once approved, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund on their end. Exchanges will be dispatched following our standard order shipping policy.
