Ostrich meat is considered easily digestible primarily because of its very low fat content, smaller muscle fibers compared to other red meats like beef, and the unique digestive system of the ostrich which includes swallowing stones to grind down food in its gizzard, making it easier for the body to break down and absorb nutrients; this also contributes to its reputation as a "leaner" red meat option. This makes it a great option for pets with sensitive stomachs.

We currently ship within the United States only and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes - please provide a valid street address. All orders are sent via ground shipping, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
